The aim of HAWK´s gender equality policies is to promote the actual realisation of equal opportunities for all genders and to eliminate existing disadvantages.
HAWK´s Equal Opportunities Office provides support and implements measures to

- promote the professional development of women,
- integrate gender issues into teaching and research,
- improve the balance between career, studying and family responsibilities,
- prevent sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination and violence.
