What is this study programme all about?
The Industrial Engineering and Management study programme forms the interdisciplinary interface between engineering sciences and business administration.
As a student, you will learn the craft of both disciplines with a focus on such topics as energy technology, manufacturing technology, finance, design/CAD, logistics, marketing/sales, project management, quality management and accounting.
As a result, you will be fully prepared at the end of your studies to apply your business and technical knowledge in a company.

Students from our Bachelor’s programme are appointed to a wide range of in project roles and specialist and management positions. They often pursue the following careers:

What makes the study programme special?
Our students determine their technical field of specialization on their own. After three semesters, they decide whether they would like to deepen their skills in production engineering or in energy technology.
In addition, various optional subjects can be chosen in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection, capital goods marketing, logistics, and quality management, along with offers in the subjects of human resources management, rhetoric and foreign languages. Thanks to a large cooperation network, you will not only easily find a company in which you can complete your 20-week practical project, but also make important contacts for your future career.
