The study programme examines the entire life cycle of residential and commercial real estate from the perspective of the real estate industry. The subject under consideration is real estate as an economic object. This view includes:

This degree will open many doors for you in the broadly diversified real estate industry. Because you can be involved in the entire life cycle of a residential or commercial property. This includes, for example, activities in the area of project development for the new construction of a property or tasks in the portfolio management of a housing company, as well as in the fund management of investment companies. Our graduates also work in service and consulting companies or in the valuation departments of banks.
