Open Office Hours / Contact Hours

The International Office is located in Goschentor 1 in Hildesheim. The Göttingen and Holzminden campuses have branch offices for student counseling and support.

The open office hours at the Göttingen and Holzminden locations apply only during the lecture period. For consultations during the lecture-free period, please arrange an appointment by phone or Email.

The contact hours at the Hildesheim location also apply during the lecture-free period.

 

You can contact the team of the International Office via telephone or Email. You are welcome to arrange an individual appointment with the team members (also online).

Consultations are also possible outside the opening hours. If you make an appointment in advance you can be sure to meet the person responsible for you (see below).
