On 7 October 2024, the next online courses of the Hornemann Institute of the HAWK will start
We are pleased to be able to offer our full course program again in the winter semester. Our online course "Microbial Infestation of Objects of Art and Cultural Heritage" has been updated. The courses will run until 1 December. After submitting the final test, the participants receive a qualified certificate.
During the duration of the courses, an academic conservator is available at the Hornemann Institute via telephone or email to help with technical and specialist questions. Special technical questions will be forwarded to the authors.
The courses are developed in cooperation with the restoration courses of the HAWK and are used both in teaching and in further education (supervised). They are recognized as continuing education by the Professional Association of Restorers VDR. More information and registration here.
