As one option, you can continue your studies – at our university we offer you two Master's programmes in Social Work: the Master's programme International Social Work in Research and Practice in Hildesheim and the Master's programme in Social Work in a socio-space context in Holzminden.
You can, however, also enter into professional life: There are tasks waiting for you at various workplaces. These include, for example, the youth welfare office or group homes, day care centres and schools, district offices and further education facilities, counselling centres and hospitals and much more.
What makes this study programme special?
Social work is becoming increasingly important: Diversity and human rights play a particularly important role in our society and in the social work study programme. The focus here is on the appreciation of human diversity, social equality, inclusion and the reduction of discrimination.
